Sketch: Sketch is built for modern graphic designers, and it shows in every fibre of the app. Great for prototyping and creating mockups. There are some great plugins like Craft and Zeplin that make everything so much easier (but sadly only on mac ☹️).

Zeplin: great for exporting from Sketch into a blueprint type of layout. It breaks down stylesheet, dimensions, and provides CSS for styling elements.

Craft: bridges exporting from Sketch and importing to InvisionApp. It also provides nifty tools such as duplicating horizontal and vertical, fetching proxy data (copy, images, locations, names, etc.), and exporting to InvisionApp freehand (allows teams to review designs collaboratively live and draw over them).

Adobe CC: primarily Illustrator and Photoshop. Adobe XD is the Adobe version of Sketch. It's not bad, but definitely prefer Sketch over XD.
